Langenbach near Kirburg / Germany
On behalf of the Westerwälder-Holzpellets GmbH, we dismantled a used round log sorting plant.
This place was completely disassembled and refurbished by us in our production hall. Single components, including the control station, a disposal conveyor and the complete sorting chain conveyer were newly manufactured by us.
Seebach / Germany
B-S-I delivered a new gate feeder to the sawmill and woodworking Bürk company in Seebach.
The dismantling and reconstruction were successfully completed and put into operation in a two-week period.
B-S-I delivered a step feeder to H.I.T. company in Torgau as an extension of a round log in-feed at an existing log sorting plant.
This has two feeding options, now, and can be driven continuously.
For the disposal of the bark, a scraper conveyor was installed under the separating unit. This is already the 4th scraper conveyor from B-S-I, which was installed in Torgau.
Ellwangen / Germany:
B-S-I assembled a reconditioned saw and a new side board separator for Lindex-Tools company in Ellwangen. The side board separator, a disposal scraper and a bar scraper were manufactured and assembled by B-S-I company.
The customer was able to resume production as planned.
Uelzen / Germany:
B-S-I delivered and assembled a disposal scraper of 66-meter length according to the adjusting angle difference line (EWD Linie). The old disposal scrapers were dismantled and a sieve was adjusted. In addition, existing conveyor belts were converted, which now promote the oversize material into an existing chipper.
Stormsriver / South africa:
BSI supplied the scraper conveyors for a power plant feed.
The feed runs from the sieve up into a spreading scraper that transports across two bunkers with moving floors and across a reserve bunker. The distribution scraper has two motorized slides, which automatically switch bunkers as soon as one of these bunkers receives a "full” message. In the middle of the bunker there is an open bottom scraper conveyor for the distribution of shavings and wood chips, which serves as a supply to the power plant.
Ellwangen / Germany:
B-S-I supplied 5 down feeders for a board sorting.
Boards and squared timbers, which were dropped in a sorting, came uncontrolled via slide to the employee, who stacked them by hand, so far.
B-S-I supplied and assembled downward conveyors, which control the boards / timbers and bring them to the employee, safely
Uelzen / Germany:
B-S-I company assembled the in-house board sorting boxes in an inclined design into an existing sorting plant.
The conversion was carried out with two teams in a two-shift system. The scope of delivery was 29 sorting boxes. ALFHA company provided the control system.
Stormsriver / South africa:
B-S-I supplied a feed serving for 4 gang saws and a band saw.
From the storage cross conveyor, the feed runs via a separating unit onto a log conveyer, which was built by the customer himself, up to a transport level of 4.5 meters. There a measurement system of ALFHA company is used, which assigns the logs to the respective cross conveyor. The ejectors were integrated in the customer's block conveyor, by B-S-I. For stems with a high butt-end, a separate storage cross conveyor with a disc inlay and a butt-end reducer were installed, which inserts directly into the line.
Region Irkutsk / Russia:
In the sawmill of the Eurasia-Lesprom-Group, the complete disposal plant was built and replaced by B-S-I, in two steps.
The first exchange stage took place in October. Here, the 53-meter-long disposal scraper below the Linck line, the disposal scraper was replaced below the debarking unit, and the scratchers for the bark and wood chip bunker were replaced. The control cabinet as well as the control system were also completely new supplied and installed.
The second step was taken in May of the following year. The disposal scrapers below the chipper, from the Linck line to the sieve and from the sieve to the sawdust bunker were replaced.
Neckarbischofsheim / Germany
On behalf and for the H.I.T. company, B-S-I mounted a post-cutting plant. This included two board sorting plants, a small re-sorting plant, a stacking system and, accordingly, the transportation.
Vielsalm / Belgium
The extension of a building in Vielsalm, Belgium, required a sawmill feed to be moved by 180 °.
This job was successfully carried out by B-S-I.
A storage conveyor including baffle, a separating cross conveyor, a depositor and the disposal plant had to be transferred. The foils and pedestals were adapted, accordingly.
This project took place within 4 days, so that the customer could resume production on schedule.
Hainzell / Germany
On behalf of and in cooperation with the Hosenfeld sawmill, B-S-I dismantled a log sorting plant including capping in a nearby sawmill.
After a general overhaul of the lumber yard had been carried out on the premises of the Hosenfeld company, it was adapted to the terrain and remounted.
An earth stem reducer was integrated into the system, additionally.
B-S-I was actively supported by the Hosenfeld company, so that this project could be completed within a few weeks.
Torgau / Germany
For a conversion at H.I.T company in Torgau, B-S-I supplied a new inlet conveyor belt for feeding a chip removal system.
The peculiarity of this belt is that it has a special inclination, so that the logs are pre-centered directly and easily transported into the plant.
